Data entry forms –  Doing a basic analysis (rent, rent increases, op. expenses, & fit-up/construction, for a term up to 16 years)? Fill in three data entry forms that require absolutely no training and you're done. To start, click a button and start entering information.

This is a listing of the Lease Wizard. The Wizard leads you through an analysis step-by-step (arrows, <<<, point to the next step). Use the Lease Wizard as a learning and review tool.

 

Enter Assumptions

Another method of entering your assumptions, or changing them, is to use the Enter Assumptions listing. LseMod has 40 data entry sections ranging from Lease Term to Construction, Moving, Subleasing, Profit Sharing, etc.

 

Navigation

Written by a user, LseMod is designed for easy and fast navigation. The navigator button displays a listing to take you anywhere on LseMod; you can even print or e-mail reports from it.
