"The one point is "Rate", believe it or not, we are $.75 apart. Reason its down to that is because they are being forced into more SF than they need which blows out their budgets. Your program, showing the dif rates on the summary sheet, with $.25 increases, as a start rate, is what is making me look so good. Its sounds simple, but the program is so professional with the 12 year spreads and the annual and monthly amounts, so easily understood, is what will make this deal happen because all the partners, when they meet in the morning, will all get to see which rate plan works the best, and pick one. its that simple. LseMod saved me when they moved out the parking costs 2 to 5 years. Could not figure out how to enter that one. Its simple once tech support told me how, but it was the final entry in the program before I sent it out, that made it all come together. Big thank you for tech support!!!!!!!"
